Trail description
Reaching the starting point: From Logatec, drive towards Tolmin, or vice versa. When you reach Spodnja Idrija, turn left (or right, if you are driving from Tolmin) towards Kanomlja. You can reach the starting point via two roads. The first will lead you throught the Kanomljica Valley to Oblakov Vrh; on this mountain pass, turn sharply right in the direction of Idrijske Krnice. Continue on the serpentine gravel road onto the Oblakov Vrh–Šebrelje–Idrijske Krnice crossroads, where you park.
The second option is to turn right in Spodnja Kanomlja in the direction of Idrijske Krnice; continue on the asphalt road to Idrijske Krnice, drive past a church and reach a wooden board, where you turn left on a gravel road in the direction of Oblakov Vrh. After around 3 km, you reach the Oblakov Vrh–Šebrelje–Idrijske Krnice crossroads, where you park.
Trail description: From the crossroads, turn left toward Oblakov Vrh and after a few steps turn right and uphill in front of a wooden cabin. Follow the road until it ends. Then traverse a rounded hilltop and ascend to a small flat area where you will find a gravel path. Follow it past a cabin and radio-amateur antennas to reach Lokvarski vrh or Vrhovec. From afar, you will see pelina, bench, a schnapps dispenser. To the south, above the Pri Lokvarju farm, there is a sundial. The view is amazing; there is a panoramic board with the names of the surrounding hills and mountains.
Trail option: To make a circle, you can continue past the lower farm Pri Lokvarju, and follow the gravel road to the main road where you turn left. The gravel road will lead back to the starting point at the Oblakov Vrh–Šebrelje–Idrijske Krnice crossroads.
